- My hourly rate is $150.
- I am in-network with all major health plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
- If you have questions about your plan, or if you would like to confirm that I am in-network, please use the link below to contact me.
- Please note, you may be unable to find me in Anthem's directory; I'm not sure why this happens, but it's an error; if you send me a message, I can run your benefits in my provider portal.
- I am happy to discuss a reduced rate or sliding scale.
